Phil lived right accross the street from my sister Cindy and I - and was our very first friend in Overland Park - his father and our father - worked for Phillips Petroleum Company and we were transferred at the same time from the Tulsa area to Kansas City -- this was a shock and so very sorry to hear of Phil's passing.  He was a good friend in high school with a wonderful charm and great sense of humor.  So sad to learn of his passing!!  Appreciate - Jim - the time you are spending in providing this information.  Thanks sincerely!  Mary Ramsey Francis
