Edgar Westfall

Edgar (Tucson) Westfall, 56, died at his home in Bisbee, AZ. He was born in Kansas City, KS on June 26, 1947. He lived in Kansas City and Lenexa, KS most of his life moving to Bisbee, AZ in 2000. Ed worked at Deluxe Check Printers in Lenexa for 24 years leaving in 1994 to pursue other dreams. His lifetime dream was to live in the "Old West." In 2000 he followed that dream and moved to Arizona. He lived in Bisbee for three years. His dream ended on September 18, 2003 when he was brutally murdered. He leaves a devastated family to cope with his death. His daughter, Amy Keith and her husband, Bob of Kansas City, MO; a son, Paul Westfall of Clermont, FL. Ed had four siblings, Jeannine Westfall, Overland Park, KS, William Westfall, Shawnee, KS, Ann Koch, Kansas City, KS and Janice Morris of Grove City, PA. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Nelson Westfall and his parents, Gene and Margaret Westfall. His memorial service will be Thursday, October 16, at the First Christian Church, 200 E. Loula, Olathe, KS. Visitation 10 a.m., Memorial service 11 a.m. Burial at Antioch Cemetery, 75th and Antioch, Overland Park, KS. Ed was a man of integrity and honor and he will be missed.
